The name "Chevalier Cave Cuisine" (CCC) was launched 20 September, 2010 in Lucerne (Switzerland). This association is an independent non-profit-making Club for those who want to meet like-minded people, who adore cooking and enjoy drinking good wine.

The association aims to help its member with:

  • Sharing cooking styles and wine knowledge
  • Organising social events with friends and colleagues
  • Informing members of new discoveries of wine
  • Providing advice regarding buying wine
  • Perfecting one’s own cooking style

One becomes a member of CCC on the decision of the executive committee. Admission is effective upon payment of the subscription fee. ccc members receive reductions in fees at "Sapin Bleu".
